Yes, we currently ship to over 12 global destinations including Ghana and Nigeria. We also ship our products inside the contiguous US. We can ship to freight forwarders who are able to transfer the product to a final destination outside of the contiguous US at the customer’s expense. Please note that we are not responsible for damaged or missing items not reported by the freight forwarding company.
We are unable to facilitate pick-up orders. Instead, we offer delivery to any home or business address inside the contiguous US.
The freight forwarder/shipper will call to schedule date and time with you.
The lead and production time can vary based on the destination and volume.
Because all of our cabinets and parts are built to order and manufactured specifically for each customer’s order, we are unable to accept returns on any products we sell.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on individual cabinets, cabinet parts, trim items or any portion of cabinet orders. Please see our return and refund policy above for hardware and accessory items.
We do not supply tools. However, the hardware needed to completely assemble each cabin is provided. Different scenarios will require different types of installation hardware. Therefore, we do not supply the tools for installing. Please refer to your local building codes to determine what is recommended for your structure.

Because we ship all over the country, we are unable to recommend any installers in your specific area. We suggest searching for a local professional with cabinet installation experience and great reviews.

Orders may be subject to tax. For purchases where sales tax is applicable, you will see the tax calculated on the checkout page prior to submitting your order. In addition, some states may require you to file Use Tax for online purchases. Check with your local taxing authority for additional details.

We do not sell outdoor cabinets. Using our cabinets outdoors will void the warranty.
No, but we love hearing your suggestions!
We do not offer pre-configured, assembled islands. However, you can use a combination of base cabinets, wall cabinets, and trim to create a custom island. An island of such items, will need to be assembled together on site. If you would like assistance selecting the appropriate cabinets and trim for your custom, our Designers are here to help!
Our goal is 1-2 business days from the time our designer has all the information required to start the project. Actual lead times can vary depending on volume of requests.
